Ayr Utd's Aaron Brown has become Dumbarton's fourth new signing of the January window, joining from Championship side Ayr United. A product of Kilmarnock's youth system, Aaron joined the Rugby Park set-up at the age of just eight – and spent 11 years at the Premiership club, enjoying loan spells with Stranraer and Annan Athletic along the way. The 20-year-old, who can play anywhere along the front line, battled back from a pre-season injury and moved across the Ayrshire divide to join Ayr United in November having impressed during a trial period – featuring four times for the Honest Men, most recently in their KDM Evolution Trophy victory against Stranraer earlier this month. Now he's joined Dumbarton FC, looking to make a name for himself in the Scottish Championship.
